What are rewards?

Rojel gives you points based on the amount of your purchase, and you will receive discounts on your next purchase. 1 point is NZ $1, and you can use your points if the purchase price is NZ $90 or higher. However, you cannot use your points during a discount period.

You can enjoy Rojel Rewards Program after logging in with your email ID.

 

Earning points

• Signup for an account : 5 points
• Make a purchase : 1 point for purchase amount NZ $20 (5% accumulated)
• Follow us on Instagram : 3 points
• Share on Facebook : 3 points
• Subscribe to Youtube : 3 points
• Write a review : 5 points (after purchasing the relevant product.)
• Subscribe to newsletter : 3 points

 

Redeem points

1 point is NZ $1, and points can be used if the total purchase price is NZ $90 or higher (excluding shipping cost). Here's how to use it.

• Click the 'Rewards' button at the bottom left of the homepage and a pop-up window will appear.
• Your total points appear in the upper right corner of the pop-up window.
• Click 'Redeem Points' in the middle to move on to the next.
• Click the ‘Redeem’ button.
• Move the round button to select the point you want to use, and click the 'Redeem' button.
• A discount voucher will be issued after clicking the 'Apply Code' button, and the amount of the voucher will be discounted upon payment.

 

Using unused vouchers

• Click 'Rewards' at the bottom left of the homepage and a pop-up window will appear.
• Click 'Your Rewards' at the bottom. If you don’t have any voucher, this button is not shown.
• Click ‘View’.
• The amount of the voucher will be discounted upon payment after clicking the 'Apply Code' button.
